Is there anything we may be going through in life that simply seems either “too big”, or “too messy”, or even “”too hard” for God?
There are things that may seem even impossible for God to make a way through.
But Luke 18:27 states otherwise.
“But He said, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.””
Luke 18:27 NKJV
It in fact may be impossible to do things with your own hands and in your own strength but God isn’t like us. He has no limits and nothing can stand in His way.
I know it sounds real cliche to hear that everything will be okay and that God has complete control of the situation or even how everything will work out for good. It’s easy to talk about God’s goodness when life seems to be sailing smoothly. But what about the moments where we’re in the midst of the storm?
Did God change?
Did His goodness cease to exist?
Did He stop loving us?
Did His goodness run out?
Or are we like Peter and we fixed our eyes on the storm instead of our Savior?
Because surely I tell you, that the Bible says in Hebrews 13:8 that “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”
So are we truly putting our faith in Christ or is our faith determined by our lives circumstances?
Do we fail to see the million little miracles in our daily lives?
Or do we just think that our plans and our thoughts are better than God’s?
We must learn to not lean on how we’re feeling in the moment and not lean into our own understanding. Instead go to the word of God and lean on Him. His word is alive and true.
In your best moments God is with you.
In your worst moments God is with you.
God will never leave you nor forsake you.
Trust in Him always, your Heavenly Father will always want what’s best for you. Even if that doesn’t look like what you may have envisioned.
